Privacy Policy

We collect the email address and display name you provide when you sign up, the images you upload, and basic usage logs so we can operate the service (failed generations, credit spends). If you pay for credits, Stripe collects your payment details directly; we never see your card number.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your consent choice, and — if you accept — to measure how Shotless is used in aggregate. You can change your consent at any time by clearing the shotless_cookie_consent cookie; we'll re-prompt you on your next visit.

Your product images are stored in object storage we control and are sent to the third-party AI providers we use (currently Google nano-banana-2 and Anthropic Claude via Replicate) at the moment of generation. We do not train models on your uploads, and our providers commit the same.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from /app/account→ "Delete account". This removes your profile, images, generations, and authentication record. Backups are purged within 30 days.
